Play Therapy

Corner Decal_edited_edited.png

First Peoples' Health and Wellbeing provides culturally safe and supportive therapeutic services to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander children and families. Our offer a Play Therapy service at Frankston that is tailored to the child and family’s holistic needs and adopts a trauma-informed and child-centred approach.

Our experienced Play Therapist works with children and families to create a safe and welcoming environment for children to explore, process and express their emotions, and experiences through play. We believe in strengths-based approaches that build on children’s individual and cultural strengths to support them on their healing journey.
