Strategic Plan 2023-28

The First Peoples' Health and Wellbeing strategic plan was endorsed by the Board of Directors in July 2023 and reflects the goals of service delivery that meets the diverse health and wellbeing needs of First Peoples, ensuring the right people and skills, community engagement and cultural healing ways and best practice in innovation, governance, risk management, financial accountability and evidence gathering.
